What You'll Do:

• Plant visits to collect technology data and actual performances.
• Plant support for technical assistance.
• CAPEX Project manager support.
• Document creation for standard justification and knowledge transfer.
• Training and communication of the maintenance community and project community.

 What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in engineering domain
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• Critical mindset and proactive attitude
