What you'll do

As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind EQUITONE’s brand presence in ANZ. You’ll translate strategy into action, lead digital campaigns, create compelling content, and engage deeply with the architectural community to generate leads and elevate brand awareness.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the annual marketing plan
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage multi-channel digital strategy and lead generation
  • Oversee HubSpot, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms
  • Maintain premium brand positioning
  • Develop high-impact marketing materials and case studies
  • Create sales tools and collateral
  • Align marketing efforts with sales pipeline goals  

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (ideally)
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience in building materials or architecture industry a plus
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
  • Strong design sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Suite or Canva
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for sustainability
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration
