Residential Account Manager

Summary

As a Residential Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing our residential builder segment. You’ll proactively identify and engage with builders and contractors, negotiate supply agreements and ensure our Etex range of products is the preferred choice in the market.

This is a role for a self‑starter who thrives on autonomy, excels at cold calling and has the confidence and gravitas to influence key decision makers.

What you'll do

  • Identify new builder opportunities and secure agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors and distributors
  • Manage agreements, pricing, rebates and compliance
  • Monitor market activity and report on trends impacting business performance
  • Represent and promote the Etex product range to residential builders
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews with builder accounts
  • Ensure contractor compliance with agreed terms and full system use
  • Champion health, safety, and quality standards across all activities  

What you'll bring

  • Experience in the building industry and negotiating supply agreements
  • Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
  • Excellent reporting, data accuracy, and CRM management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership abilities
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships
