Senior Project Manager

Summary
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, coordination, and follow-up of strategic projects from concept through to final delivery. You will lead the development of feasibility studies and preliminary project designs, aligning closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with defined objectives and priorities.
What you'll do
As a key driver of project success, you will oversee the seamless execution of initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will proactively manage risks, timelines, and resources, maintaining clear communication and transparency across all levels of the organization.
Regular reporting to senior leadership, including monthly presentations to steering committees and project sponsors (such as C-level executives), is an integral part of the role. Your ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration will be essential to ensuring alignment and delivering lasting value to the organisation.
What you'll bring
- You are likely to be degree qualified in a relevant engineering field
- A minimum of 10 years project management experience and demonstrated skills in successfully managing large projects to timely completion
- Experience working in an Industrial Manufacturing environment or similar would be highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contractor management, compliance, risk mitigation and WH&S
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships and exert influence at multiple organisational levels
- High level communication and negotiation skills that facilitate interaction between the project team and key stakeholders
