This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

 

The Customer Service Administrator provides crucial administrative support for the wider Customer Services Team.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage call lines for internal and external calls.
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, sending samples, and receiving deliveries.
  • Oversee and filter 3 separate inboxes, check customer orders, and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Support the sales team by inputting leads into Salesforce.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling post, sending couriers, and ordering office supplies.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties.

 

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role or other relevant support experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to work on own independent initiative while collaborating with the team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-centric professional approach with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic IT skills.
