The Customer Service Representative is critical in providing efficient and effective service and information to both external and internal customers.
What you’ll do:
- Liaise and support customers with order processing, stock availability, delivery, and any other general enquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding logistics/transportation on delivery, product availability, and pricing.
- Ensure returns are processed in line with company policy and/or communicate with the customer on any changes or updates to orders or delivery.
- Meet annual company targets and KPIs.
- General office administrative duties.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service or any other relevant experience.
- Service mindset culture with strong communication over the phone and emails.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry is advantageous but not required.
- SAP experience is advantageous but not required.
