We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead highimpact, crossfunctional projects that enhance throughput, quality, cost efficiency, safety, and sustainability across our factory paint line operations. This role drives endtoend project delivery, from scoping and businesscase development to engineering coordination, supplier management, scheduling, budgeting, performance validation, and final handover. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Deliver data‑driven improvements to colour consistency, coating adhesion, line reliability, and changeover efficiency.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure all work meets design and contractual standards.
  • Manage cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, CI, and OEM partners.
  • Track project milestones, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reporting.
  • Implement corrective actions when required and ensure strong financial control.
  • Liaise with internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and external partners to keep projects aligned.
  • Provide clear updates to senior leadership through regular reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impact.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering manufacturing projects (capex and process) on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Background in industrial coating, paint line operations, or continuous panel finishing (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset- always seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and adjust style to suit different audiences.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to maintain composure and clear judgement under pressure.
