Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic logistics environment? As a Warehouse & Loading Supervisor at Etex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse. You'll be the crucial link between warehouse operations, transport partners, and internal teams, making sure our high standards for safety, quality, and customer service are not only met—but consistently exceeded. With responsibility for all loading, dispatch, receiving, and storage activities, you will help drive operational excellence, maintain stock integrity through SAP/WMS, and inspire a team committed to continuous improvement at every turn.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and coordinate all warehouse loading, dispatch, receiving, and storage operations.
• Ensure stock integrity and accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and SAP/WMS transactions.
• Act as the key link between warehouse operations, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to meet and exceed service level expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory accuracy, and truck turnaround times.
• Champion a proactive culture of health and safety compliance while enforcing site SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, visual management, and process optimisation.
• Uphold Etex’s values and high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Support the division’s strategic objectives by combining strong leadership with technical warehouse expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in front-line supervision within warehousing and logistics environments.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in loading, receiving, and warehouse operations.

• Strong safety leadership, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Extensive experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and rigorous reconciliation practices.
• High level of proficiency with SAP/WMS systems, ensuring timely and accurate transactions and data integrity.
• Proven capability to balance customer and internal stakeholder needs, with a strong service orientation.
• Track record of achieving key performance indicators such as On Time In Full (OTIF), inventory accuracy, quality standards, and dock/truck turnaround times.
