What you'll do
- Achieving set sales targets and profitable business growth for the Company
- Representing Innova’s range of products and promotion of this range to builders, contractors, developers and merchant reps and create demand for products
- Identifying and cold calling prospective clients
- Utilising CRM to update sales activities and achieving periodic KPI’s
- Identifying construction projects and product specification opportunities
- Developing and implementing account, market, and technical support strategies
- Delivering client presentations to large and small groups and product training
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Account Management and have the tenacity to shoot the lights out
- Experience working with external claddings / linings would be advantageous
- Customer centric approach with exceptional relationship building abilities
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organisation and comfortable on a building site
- Proven track record in achieving objectives, meeting budgets and activity reporting
- Strong computer literacy, highly organised and attention to detail
- Well honed communication and interpersonal skills
