The Finance Business Partner is the right-hand consultant of the Country Manager, a sounding board, a trusted advisor and facilitator of productive business discussions.

• coordinates & animates the strategic discussions & process in the Country. In this context, he/she works closely with the Division to identify future growth segments.
• is an actor in the commercial strategy & business model discussion within the Country.
• key focus area for performance of the Divisions are:
  • Commercial profitability
  • Business overheads - managed by the Country,
  • Recurring Free Cash Flow (joint accountability with functions)
• is involved in commercial decision making and negotiations for material matters.
• is an active player in the S&OP process providing the financial analysis.

• Ability to navigate easily in a matrix environment 

• Demonstrate experience in shaping strategy and leading its implementation 

• Experience of liaising with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business
