Etex are seeking a Labour Relations and Legal Manager to join the Human Resources Team, based in France/At Etex we embrace the new world of hybrid and remote working.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for

- Advising Local Leadership Teams (Comex) on all social issues and supporting operational staff; participating in the definition of social strategy

- Leading social relations (assisting the CSE and leading the CSCE) and  union negotiations so that they are in line with the companies' general strategy;

- Drafting and monitoring company agreements

- Monitoring relations with external partners (DREETS, ect);

- Ensuring that collective agreements are understood by the various internal contacts and that they are properly followed up, identifying non-compliance and proposing action plans;

- Responding to the questions and support needs of the operational and HR teams on a daily basis;

- Ensure a good social climate;

- Advising managers (disciplinary procedures, rules on overtime, management of staff representatives, etc.) and management (legal constraints, adaptations to new regulations, support in relations with the IRP, etc.).

- Training in labour law for managers

What you’ll bring

- Very good knowledge of social law and the collective agreements applied in the companies in which he/she works

- Historical and institutional knowledge, within the company, of the various trade unions

- Mastery of the various negotiation techniques

- Good general, business and political knowledge
