HR Process Social Controller

Etex are seeking a HR Process Social Controller to join the Human Ressources Team, based in France/At Etex we embrace the new world of hybrid and remote working.

What you’ll do

- social control: contributing for building budgets and rolling forecasts: Leading and coordinating payroll forecasts in line with the organisation's needs Monitoring of personnel costs: Analysis of the payroll 

- HRIS: development and maintenance of MS management tools (current and futur), management of access to Etex Talent modules, ensuring the consistency of SAP data, ET, MS management tool, payroll administration tool, BDES;

- Projects (EX: payroll)

- Monitoring of the HR department budget

- Mandatory reports and specific reports required by the Country HR Lead and HR Process Manager, data analysis

- Ensures the follow-up of all HR function KPIs

What you’ll bring

Significant experience in HR and Finance 

Expertise in data analytics

Expertise in Information System

Good knowledge of the different organisation
