What you’ll do

You will drive a business & HR critical programs in France. This role holder will partner with Country HR Lead, HR partners, business and program leaders, workers' councils/unions to plan out the right path to support a smooth transition for our country workforce. Reporting to the Country HR Lead, he/she is a part of an HR organisation, whose finest task is to enable the sustainable and equitable performance of the organisation and organisational development. The HR Change Management and Project Manager operates and integrates a breadth of functional HR disciplines providing meaningful solutions for the Country in alignment with the Global overarching policies and procedures. Working on the highest value business or country priorities and projects, the role also plays a critical role in enabling the delivery of Etex strategic ambitions.
