What you’ll do

The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HR partner maintains an effective level of business literacy about the assigned area's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. The HR Partner will work alongside leaders and managers within a partnership capacity, to provide a more focused approach to key business matters (within a defined scope/geographical area). The HR partner will support all present business function in the geographical scope. By partnering with the expert/specialist HR roles for support and information, the HR Partner will be able to operate at a consistent level to ensure Company goals are achieved. The role holder shall be pragmatic and proactive in their approach to ensure positive outcomes are achieved throughout the employee lifecycle and change management initiatives. The role holder will act as a business coach to ensure managers and leaders are supported and challenged on business-critical matters to ensure compliance, alignment to Company goals and acting in consideration of the human factor and macro environment.
