Regional Technical Manager Central and East (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Regional Technical Manager to lead technical support across Central and East Europe. You’ll manage a team, support local sales, ensure factory compliance, and drive innovation projects!

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage all technical support activities within the Central and East region of the Exteriors division.
• Work closely with the head of region and to align on priorities and successfully manage the team to ensure excellent technical support for local sales teams and customer.
• Work closely with the FC platform head of technical to ensure participation and alignment in regional or global innovation projects.
• Take ownership for ensuring compliance of factories within the region to published technical specifications.
• Take responsibility for identifying potential application, product, solution, and service opportunities which would benefit the region.
• Ensuring all technical assets are accurate and up to date for the region to include certifications, installation guide, product and system specifications and test reports.
• Regular international travel within the region will be required as part of the role.

What you’ll bring:

• You will have experience in a similar technical position, within the construction industry
• Ideally, you will have technical level of expertise in the façade/roofing industry
• You will have the ability to make important technical decisions balancing technical and commercial risks
• You will have line management experience, with the ability to lead and manage a team remotely
• You will have the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English and German is a requirement
