The Assistant Training Manager is critical for the business to conduct more hands-on training courses, build more tests and demos, and expand training to new locations.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the construction and delivery of existing hands-on training courses at our Bristol Training Centre, other Etex locations, or customer sites.
  • Build test specimens, trial new products, develop new courses with the Training Centre Manager, and help maintain the training centre.
  • Deliver weekly training courses and remain up to date on related products or systems.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Relevant experience within a construction or manufacturing environment (preferably related to lightweight construction materials or passive fire protection).
  • Demonstrable experience providing training, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work and presently independently, while remaining part of the greater training team.
  • A passion for the construction industry and the training and the development of others.
  • Experience as a Construction Lecturer is advantageous but not required.
