Your New Role

 

Etex Building Performance UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Business Process Manager to join our Commercial Team based in Bristol.

 

The successful candidate will lead and manage the BU’s CRM development (software, data, processes, training, usage and reporting) in line with continuous sales process improvement. You will play a key role in representing the needs of the business to the central CRM team, for guiding development and communicating changes back to our local UK teams. In addition to this the role holder will undertake business improvement where required. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Providing monthly sales project, filed activity and CRM analysis reporting
  • Manage CRM related improvement projects, working cross functionally across the business
  • Document the BU’s CRM processes and ensure that all relevant colleagues are fully trained
  • Ensure the data in CRM is up to date and maintained on an ongoing basis
  • Put in place, manage and maintain the business processes and reporting structures monitoring the BU's interactions with the projects it has decided to pursue, from lead to post completion, so that at any given time management can see the status of these projects and their potential or actual value (pipeline management and reporting).
  • Be the single point of contact for systems and process change request, including testing changes and communication.

  • Educated to degree level in a business-related discipline or equivalent.
  • A good knowledge of how Sa AND Salesforce are used in the workplace is desirable
  • Experience of developing service measures and service delivery improvements
  • Experience of managing medium to large projects
  • A willingness to assist others
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Autonomy and initiative in problem solving, training and requesting improvements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and provide meaningful management information
