Join us in this unique opportunity as Commercial Director to develop and lead the future strategy of our external sales function, enhance customer experiences, and manage risks and opportunities through effective sales forecasting and modelling.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to drive growth and profitability for our Siniat brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Influence Company strategy and support our technical expert positioning.
  • Apply an analytical approach to assess data, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes.
  •  Utilise data to drive sales strategies and optimise performance.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and associated functions to deliver market insights and drive growth.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of successful sales and commercial strategies within the construction industry.
  • A strategic mindset and strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong people management skills to develop a team that can adapt to market conditions and seek new opportunities in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to influence Company strategy and support our technical expert positioning to be the preferred choice for customers.
  • Experience working closely throughout the supply chain and associated functions to deliver market insights and drive profitable growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the UK and Ireland
