The purpose of the role is to provide better visibility of price supports within the business. The role would analyse the price supports agreements and claims to provide insights into the data. These insights can be used by Commercial & Finance team to make better decisions on pricing

What you’ll do:

  • Reviewing customer price support reports to identify trends in pricing and changes to previous price support levels
  • Reviewing price support packages for overall margin assessment and highlighting if outside of company margin expectations
  • Responsible for the weekly reporting of new price support agreements created to Commercial & Finance.
  • Collating commentary from Commercial team to support the weekly reporting
  • Responsible for the price support reconciliation to compare actual support level needed vs accrued support levels
  • Support with the price support renewals process
  • Responsible for communicating changes to accrual to Commercial Pricing administrator to reflect changes in system with the approval of Commercial Business Partner

 

What you’ll bring:

This would suit an individual who is comfortable with large datasets and a keen eye for detail. A self-starter who shows initiative and is willing to explore the data and gain key insights from the data. The role holder should be comfortable with sharing these insights with Commercial and finance team-mates in a clear and concise way.
