The Digital Projects Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and effective operation of our BAU digital projects from concept to delivery. This includes, website improvements, tools, customers portals and campaign support. The role will be responsible for working with the central & local digital, technical and comms team as well as external agencies to ensure the development projects are planned, structured, and then carried out through to completion in a timely manner.
The role holder will work on a range of exciting projects, with a particular focus on those which are focused on delivering engagement or digital maturity.
What you’ll do:
- Provide end-to-end project management of digital projects
- Scope project requirements and prepare necessary budgets and timescale
- Deliver projects on time to the highest quality
- Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration and communication among team members
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Continuously evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all new digital developments have the necessary reporting requirements in place

- Demonstrable experience working as a Digital Projects Manager or in a similar role is essential
- Experience within the construction sector is desirable
