The Regional FBPO is part of the Regional Operations Leadership team and as such takes part in the discussions related to any significant decision in the Operations field, bringing their Finance input and expertise. You will deliver value to the Regional Operations Leader by coordinating the team of plant BP in the region.  The Regional FBPO will be responsible for maintaining a control environment that complies with the Company’s internal control policies.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Participate in the development of operational objectives aligned to Group and Division strategic objectives
  • Manage and control costs—effectively develop business cases and enroll leaders at all levels in taking appropriate action
  • Working closely with the plant BP during internal/external audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented throughout the perimeter/region
  • Review and consolidate plants financial forecasts, following group’s guidelines
  • Work in close collaboration with CI team, leading and following-up Group/Division related projects of the perimeter/region, assuring proper implementation and proactively searches for new initiatives/opportunities
  • Provide support to team members at plant, divisions, and group level, through the ownership of a Group process as Subject Matter Expert
  • Drive a performance culture in operations with weekly follow up and understanding of variances + anticipating monthly results in the month
  • Perform and shares analysis to address financial risks and follow corrective action plans
  • People management of a small team, investing in their growth and development

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working at Finance Business Partner level within a manufacturing environment, in complex organisations
  • People management experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
