Fixed-Term Engineering Administrator

This role is a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover.
 

The Engineering Administrator is critical in maintaining general operations of the Engineering department by supporting the organisation and administration of all Engineering projects and tasks.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Administer the day-to-day operational administrative activities to support the Engineering team.
  • Support document control of all new project work and ongoing operational plant work.
  • Input all quotations onto SAP and create weekly reports to update the Engineering department on budgets and PO requests.
  • Liaise with external vendors regarding issues with PO’s, quotations, and spares.
  • Review and update administrative processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative function or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail with an ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • SAP experience is advantageous but not required.
