The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Support with administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proof read marketing literature, and conduct all logistics coordination.
  • Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, up to date, and on track.
  • Support with organic social media by posting approved content.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are completed or received on time.
  • Liaise, coordinate, and plan any marketing events.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, a coordinator or other relevant equivalent experience.
  • Strong data entry experience.
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently with little guidance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise high volume and varying tasks.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrable marketing experience is advantageous, but at least an interest in marketing is required.
