Reporting to Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our annual capital spend programme, ensuring that all projects align with our company goals of productivity, quality, health, safety, and environmental sustainability.

 

 What you’ll do:

  • Capture and develop initial project ideas, measuring proposals against capex process.
  • Authorise, shortlist, and rank capital requests based on priority and alignment with Etex goals.
  • Develop engineering solutions and request spend authorisation.
  • Track project progress against milestones and support the maintenance team in project delivery.
  • Prepare and execute capital projects and report on capital spend.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, and promote a safe workplace environment.
  • Adhere to the Quality Policy and ensure all quality standards and regulations are met.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in the development and delivery of projects  ideally within industrial settings.
  • Engineering degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a drive for results and an uncompromising focus on health, safety.
  • Capability to engage and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring project solutions are appropriate and compatible with current operations.
  • Skilled in tracking project progress, including risk identification and mitigation.
