Etex are seeking a Quality & Process Engineer to join the Building Performance Team!

Location: Bristol

Salary: £Competitive

About the role

 

You will ensure that all quality documents relating to your activities are maintained up-to-date and available. Ensure all documentation produced complies with ETEX standards. Ensure that documentation maintained within the document management system are reviewed, updated and approved at all times. Any gaps observed in documentation standards (be it on completion standards or absence of appropriate documentation) should be highlighted with possible solutions presented

Project Work: Implemented as allocated by Line Manager

Responsible for the maintenance of Process Recipe Specification and SFC-QP Database

Ensure visual management boards are maintained with up to date information and data at all times & Ensure the 5S standards in the laboratory and office areas are maintained by undertaking housekeeping tasks on a daily and weekly basis

Actively seek to improve knowledge of the manufacturing processes, quality, process, testing methods and continuous improvement system

You will work in compliance with the company Quality & Environmental policies at all times

About you

-Demonstrate relevant industry experience in a processing/ manufacturing environment

-Experience in statistical analysis

-Experience of quality control

- Understanding of quality management principles

- Laboratory experience

- Candidates with significant QA/lab/process improvement/ problem solving experience in a relevant field will be considered even if they do not have a degree, provided they can demonstrate strong aptitude in Maths, English and science subject and are computer literate.
