Reporting directly to the Reliability Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of critical assets and contributing to the overall maintenance strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program, oil analysis, and lubrication maintenance plans.
- Oversee all CBM activities, including Vibration Analysis, Thermography surveys, Ultrasound surveys, and other condition monitoring inspections as required by the team.
- Create new Preventative Maintenance (PM) routines aligned with equipment criticality analysis (FMEA) and review existing PM routines.
- Be responsible for all lubrication PM routines and oil sampling, working with the maintenance team to create necessary PMs and collaborating with the production team to advance the Technical Operator programme.
- Collect and analyse data for critical components, producing statistical reports to identify potential issues within the asset portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Planning Team to ensure optimal decisions are made for site-critical assets during maintenance days.
- Act as a key stakeholder in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings, taking a lead role in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and reliability hazard analysis. Document project aspects and provide regular progress reports
What you’ll bring:
- Engineering degree.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering principles.
- Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proven experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) maintenance environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential failures in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
