Maintenance Planner

What you'll do: 

  • Manage all maintenance planning and review meetings.
  • Prepare relevant spares for planned maintenance days in conjunction with the Stores team.
  • Monitor all progress for maintenance days against the plans and communicate and deviations from plan, advise planning and production teams on deviations to scheduled maintenane plans.
  • Approve work packages in conjunction with the Senior engineers to ensure all planned work has been added to the relevant work packages.
  • Write and approve Risk Assessments for high high-risks to ensure relevant legislation and safety standards are adhered to. Monitor all contractor PM tasks to ensure all work is compliant with the requirements of the department.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience of planing or supervisory roles in an FMCG environment 
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing and engineering principles 
  • Experience working with CMMS systems
  • Experience working within a FMCG maintenance department 
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques 
  • Proven experience writing and reviewing risk assessments, including high-risk activities
  • Previous hands-on backgbackground maintenance engineer.
