Location: South-East Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Greece)

About the role
In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing markets, segments, and customers that match Skamol’s current and future capabilities, while positioning Skamol as a global brand within technical insulation systems.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales and business development across South-East Europe
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, and project opportunities
- Promote SkamoWall and SkamoEnclosure solutions within the construction ecosystem
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, installers, architects, consultants, and distributors
- Provide technical advice and act as a trusted partner to customers
- Deliver product trainings, presentations, and webinars
- Ensure specification of Skamol systems in relevant projects
- Manage negotiations and commercial agreements
- Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline and sales activities
- You will play a key role in expanding Skamol’s presence and strengthening its position in the regional market.
What you’ll bring
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B sales
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Experience working with architects, contractors, or installers is an advantage
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and build long-term relationships
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Commercial mindset combined with technical understanding
- Ability to manage projects and identify business opportunities
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar
- Alternatively, a commercial background combined with strong technical knowledge
Language
- English at a communicatively level in speaking and writing
- Additional regional languages are a plus
