Production Manager

Summary

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career and grow as a leader in a supportive environment. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll be leading a 24-hour, 5-day-a-week production facility. Don’t worry — you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have a strong support network, coaching, and mentorship to help you succeed.

What you'll do

From day one, you’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to:

• Lead and inspire three production teams, building teamwork and accountability
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to boost efficiency
• Work closely with technical experts to introduce best practices
• Gain experience in planning, leadership, and project delivery

What you'll bring

You don’t need to have decades of management experience — we’re looking for someone with potential, drive, and the willingness to learn. You might:

• Have some experience in production, operations, or manufacturing (or transferable leadership skills from another sector)
• Hold a trade or tertiary qualification (or be working towards one)
• Be passionate about building your leadership skills and inspiring others
• Enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and working in a team environment
