As a Demand Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our 24-month demand plan across product groups and customer segments. You’ll be the bridge between Commercial and Supply Chain teams, driving forecast accuracy and enabling smarter decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the demand planning cycle for the UK and Ireland, ensuring workflow completion.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to build a consensus-based and bias-free demand plan.
- Analyse historical data, market trends, and sales input to generate medium and long-term forecasts.
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory strategies across product lifecycles.
- Facilitate the local Sales & Operations process with actionable insights and escalate key updates to divisional level.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with a curious problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable challenging stakeholders with data.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required, while experience using planning tools (eg. Anaplan) are advantageous.
