Reporting to the HR Country Lead, you will be instrumental in driving transformational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering value-added, commercially focused HR support.

The office is based in Burton and the role requires regular travel to Ireland.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organisational goals.
  • Provide strategic and operational business partnering, coaching, and guidance to business leaders and site managers.
  • Act as a Transformational Change Agent, managing change initiatives and supporting transitions.
  • Implement and maintain best-in-class HR practices, ensuring compliance with Group and country standards.
  • Build positive labour and employee relations; provide transparency on people metrics.
  • Manage HR Partners to address operational and strategic needs, and represent HR in the local Leadership Team.
  • Oversee HR activities from preboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent candidate and employee experiences.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Implement best-in-class HR strategies, policies, processes, and systems, ensuring alignment with Group and country initiatives, employee lifecycle calendars, and applicable legislation.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record in a Generalist HR role within industrial and/or manufacturing business.
  • Highly developed business partnering, relationship building, and influencing skills.
  • Great communication both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate complex information in a meaningful way.
  • Previous experience in labour relations (Unionised environment) and up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labour Relations, Business Management, or Human Resources.
