Local Marketing Manager

Etex are seeking Local Marketing Manager to join the Exteriors, Equitone Division!

We are seeking a strong, innovative marketing professional with a genuine interest in Architecture!

What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to –

• Representing the local market with the Equitone tribe, working in collaboration to define marketing priorities and activities
• Leading and developing any local direct report teammates, acting as a role model and in accordance with the Etex Leadership Principles and Values
• Being responsible for all Equitone marketing on a local level, keeping the Country Manager and local team updated and always informed
• Agree the local Equitone marketing priorities in line with the regional priorities
• Co-creating and delivering Equitone campaigns and activities to raise brand awareness and demand generation within the local market
• Engaging with the relevant agreed marketing campaigns providing both copywriting and proofreading
• Creating digital marketing content for the website, landing page, social media, E-mail marketing etc
• Gain in depth knowledge of the Architectural Façade market to identify campaign messages
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
• Building strong relationships with the Equitone sales, product management, supply chain, and customer services teams
• Analyse, evaluate, and monitor campaign activities measuring performance and ROI

What you’ll bring:

• You will have a proven understanding of marketing strategy and tactics through application of marketing mix and principles
• You can demonstrate previous experience of working in teams and in collaboration with sales
• You will possess exceptional communication skills
• You will have a proven background in developing literature and supporting materials, providing copy as a key part of this position is to generate as well as market content
• You will have a recognised marketing qualification

It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:

• Experience of working within a matrix organisation
• Experience in building materials/architectural background
