The Role

The National Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for sustaining and developing existing key accounts for Etex (Exteriors) UK Ltd.

Your New Role

The role of National Key Accounts Manager is to work hard to ensure that processes and governance are continually updated and adhered to.  

Key Responsibilites are:

  • Key account management of the Major Buying Groups, National Builders Merchants, Buying Societies, and large turnover multi-brand direct trading accounts
  • Responsible for negotiating annual trading terms on a national basis and maintaining throughout the year
  • Effective networking including attendance at National and Regional Seminars, Conferences, Exhibitions, and other Industry events
  • Contact and effective communication at all levels of the business, including proprietors, Directors, and with Senior, Managers
  • In collaboration with Marketing, development, support, promotion, and delivery of all current marketing campaigns
  • Management of several additional projects including those specific to sales and marketing
  • Always seek to add value, applying lean principles, wherever applicable

The Person

At Etex Exteriors UK Ltd we are looking for a dedicated, communicative and innovative person to join our team, for this position you will also require:

  • Strong negotiation skills,
  • Analytical and good communication skills are essential
  • To be confident to deliver difficult messages whilst maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Significant commercial experience at senior management level
  • A proven track record of achieving challenging objectives and driving superior performance through self and others
  • The ability to demonstrate self management and to lead with professionalism and integrity 

 

Reporting line

The National Key Accounts Manager will initially report into the Country Manager, UK, although will change reporting lines into one of the Commercial Leads in 2022.
