Situated within the technical team, the Junior Structural Detailer is critical in producing 3D models of light gauge steel frame projects.

What you’ll do:

• Utilise core Vertex/Tekla features to create accurate 3D models of light gauge steel frame buildings and transfer structures.
• Produce and check general arrangements, fabrication drawings, and CAM data, and produce erection drawings for sites.
• Liaise with other staff, customers, and the design team to help ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
• Any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by team leaders.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to self-direct, manage priorities, and work against tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

It would be advantageous to have:

• Experience within steel framing or structural steelwork.
• Experience using Vertex/Tekla (all training is provided).
