We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the successful delivery of projects on site. You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and collaboration across all site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure correct PPE and equipment are available, used properly, and fit for purpose
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safe practices at all times
  • Support the Contracts Manager with site planning, resource levels, and programme scheduling
  • Coordinate crane usage, access, and positioning with the client
  • Keep method statements up to date and available on site
  • Conduct site inductions and regular toolbox talks
  • Manage site documentation including labour and equipment registers, site diaries, and delivery notes
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure adequate resources are in place
  • Coordinate daily operations with clients and other trades
  • Support snagging, variations, and efficient issue resolution
  • Work closely with Design and Production teams on detail and delivery
  • Report and follow up on site issues, errors, and rectifications
  • Attend site meetings, record actions, and share updates with relevant teams
  • Mentor and support Assistant Site Technicians
  • Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar site-based role
  • Valid CSCS card is essential
  • Strong business awareness and commercial understanding
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of financial processes related to site operations
