Etex are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the Operations team of Etex Building Performance Italy, based in Corfinio Plant (AQ).

As Teammate of EBP Italy, you'll contribute to guiding the process of continuous improvement within our organization through application of Lean Manufacturing, reduction of waste, optimization of value flows, review of production processes and active involvement of personnel to improve production performance and customer satisfaction

What you'll do
Implementation of the Continuous Improvement program (CPI)
Participate in the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program in the Business Unit (CPI)
Contribute to the definition of CIP parameters; identifies area of improvement; draft and implementation plan for the continuous improvement program; ensure the follow-up, evaluate the improvements performance, ensure the processes compliance with laws, standards and regulations
Ensure employee commitment to proactive change management
Provide adequate support to department managers in maintaining the implementation of CI initiatives within their area
Adequately implement governance principles; Evaluate and prioritize potential improvements based on revenue and required effort
Establish a clear and well-articulated implementation plan and realistic project maps
Solve technical problems (e.g. formulation, equipment, product, regulations, availability of resources
Implement performance indications and establish focus groups
Check appropriately the sustainability of these measures
Management of continuous improvement projects
Implement sustainable solutions to problems or improvement projects by improving policies, procedures, processes and products
Manage the continuous improvement program and performance plans
Conduct a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describe related issues
Identify priorities and action indicators and ensure that projects specify the KPI of deliverables
Identify available and needed resources: people, materials and finances
What you'll bring
- Degree in Science, Engineering or Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a Lean-oriented sector, in a Continuous Improvement or Production Management role
- Green or Black Belt certification in Continuous Improvement is a plus
- Proficiency in 3D design software – preferably Autodesk Inventor Pro
- Ability to move the organization from low maturity in Lean to World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
- SAP knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to exert influence to achieve continuous improvement goals.
- Ability to implement relevant solutions to problems or situational changes.
- Ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to train and involve people
