Join us as Head of Sales in Ireland!

You will lead the commercial performance of the Siniat and Promat business across both Northern and Southern Ireland. This is a high-impact role focused on protecting and growing market share, identifying targeted business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships across merchants, distributors, installers, and main contractors.

Combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, you will lead a team of three sales professionals while serving as a trusted ambassador for the business within the Irish market.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for Ireland, driving market share retention and targeted growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants, distributors, contractors, and installers to increase customer loyalty and demand.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of three, setting clear objectives and driving accountability for results.
  • Manage pricing, margins, and commercial agreements to achieve sustainable business performance.
  • Identify and respond to market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maximise opportunities.
  • Act as the face of the business in Ireland, representing Etex at customer meetings, industry events, and key stakeholder engagements.
  • Resolve customer and commercial issues effectively, balancing excellent customer service with business priorities.
  • Travel regularly across Ireland to strengthen customer partnerships and support business growth.

What you’ll bring:

  •  Proven sales leadership experience within the construction or building materials industry in Ireland.
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with experience driving growth and managing key customer relationships.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
