Main Responsibilities
- Plan and organize Daily check List
- Organize preventive maintenance Schedule
- Supervise the activities of the Utility technicians
- Check progress in line with the company maintenance / Utility strategy to meet the agreed objective
- Promote Health and safety rules at all time, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging other when unsafe behavior is observed
- Carrying routine check on the equipment
- Prepare operational guide for the utility machines
- Ensure that the correct working procedures are followed.
- Ensure that correct spares of the machines are made available
- Ensuring that the Power, Steam, Water and Compressed air are adequately supplied to the factory to achieve our objective.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skillsIT literate in main Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)SAP,etc.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Be proactive, taking initiative in actions
- Ability to develop better and easy way of solving machine problems
Qualification and Experience
- B. Engr./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in industrial environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience as Engineer / Supervisor.
