In this role, the Business Director will lead the commercial development of our Fibre Cement Brands across the Nordics Regio, growing turnover and margin through a strong business plan, aligned with our marketing strategy and performance goals. You’ll lead and empower a dedicated sales, marketing, and after-sales team, ensuring results are delivered in line with budget, and the values that define Etex. What you'll do
- Shape and deliver a clear business plan to grow market share and boost profitability
- Lead and inspire the Sales, Marketing and After-Sales teams to hit and exceed targets
- Track performance and make smart, agile changes to stay on course and drive results
- Uncover new business opportunities and help bring innovative product solutions to market
- Strengthen the visibility and reputation of the brand through events and partnerships
- Champion the development and growth of your team, with a strong focus on coaching and talent
- Play a hands-on role in Etex’s wider transformation journey, helping shape the future of the business
What you'll bring
- Proven leadership and motivational skills to drive a sales team and achieve expected results
- Proven track record in commercial strategy development within a manufacturing organisation
- Strong analytical and numerical acumen
- Change management skills
- Excellent selling skills including negotiation, and communication
- Fluent in Danish or Swedish and English
