This role focuses on expanding market presence, building customer relationships and driving profitable growth for our fiber cement product range, including Cedral, Equitone and building boards.

Location: Aarhus Greater Area, Denmark - Hybrid working

Travel: Approximately 70 days per year across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway

 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new business opportunities, targeting various segments while supporting existing customers
  • Implement a structured, KPI-driven approach to sales management, ensuring fact-based decision-making
  • Manage and expand a pipeline of projects with a strong focus on business development and customer engagement
  • Lead, coach, and developed a sales team, ensuring clear accountability for sales targets
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, installers, and architects
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across the sales process and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce to optimize sales processes and data management

 

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the building materials industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector and its key stakeholders
  • A track record of delivering commercial growth and successfully managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage across different cultures
  • A structured and results-oriented approach, with a focus on sales actions that drive profitability
  • Professional proficiency in English, Danish and another Scandinavian language
