Join us as a Marketing Manager- Segment Distribution & Installers – Nordics.

About the role

As Segment Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing activities targeting professional installers, roofers and distribution partners across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Your mission is to deeply understand these audiences and translate insights into compelling marketing strategies, campaigns, and go‑to‑market actions that build awareness and drive preference for Etex brands (Cedral, EQUITONE, Euronit and others).

This is a transversal role: you will work across all product categories, all applications (façade, roofing, interiors) and all market segments - residential, multi‑residential, commercial and public.

What you’ll do

  • Own the pro audience: Build deep insight into installers, roofers and distributors (personas, needs, pain points) and translate this into differentiated value propositions.
  • Plan & execute: Create and deliver annual marketing plans (digital + offline) tailored to pro audiences; identify campaign opportunities around key market themes (e.g., sustainability, fire safety, total cost of ownership, renovation).
  • Run go‑to‑market: Coordinate and execute product launches and innovations with Product Management and Sales - including upcoming initiatives (e.g., Euronit in the Nordics).
  • Digital marketing: Manage web content, newsletters, social media, SEO/SEA/Google Ads, and work closely with the central Digital team on performance marketing and analytics.
  • Offline activation: Lead development of brochures, POS, trade shows, events and print advertising; coordinate content creation (text, visuals, video) suited to pro users.
  • Cross‑functional alignment: Partner with Sales, Product Management, Technical and other Segment Marketing Managers to maximise synergies; act as the voice of installers and distributors inside Etex.
  • Measure impact: Define dashboards and KPIs (brand awareness, lead generation, project pipeline); track ROI, report learnings, and optimise budget allocation.
  • Stay ahead: Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in marketing approaches.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communication or Business (or equivalent by experience).
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, ideally in building materials/construction or adjacent installer‑driven industries.
  • Proven experience across digital and offline channels; hands‑on with product launches and go‑to‑market.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder skills; effective collaboration across functions and countries.
  • Analytical, data‑driven approach to marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Track record in brand building and lead generation for B2B audiences.
  • Fluent Danish and English; a Nordic language is a strong plus.
