About the role
Buscamos un Jefe de Supervisores para sumarse al equipo en la planta industrial de Gral. Acha, La Pampa.
Dentro de las principales responsabilidades deberá:
- Gestionar el equipo de supervisores de placas y productos especiales.
- Trabajar en procesos de mejora continua, y cumplimiento de KPI’s.
- Evitar perdidas productivas.
- Cumplir los procedimientos y estándares de las operaciones, optimizando los consumos de materias primas.
About you
Para tener exito en este puesto, es necesario que el candidato cuente con:
- Titulo universitario en ingeniería: química u otra especialización.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones similares.
- Ingles intermedio.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de mejora continua.
