About the role
Buscamos un jefe de Procesos para sumarse al equipo en la planta industrial de Gral. Acha, La Pampa.
Dentro de las principales responsabilidades deberá:
- Promover y cumplir las normas respecto a salud, seguridad, medioambiente, y sustentabilidad.
- Evaluar técnica, y económicamente nuevas materias primas, su impacto en el proceso y la calidad del producto. Definir y controlar los métodos de análisis.
- Generar listado de materias primas aprobadas y mantenerlo actualizado.
- Definir recetas de los productos.
- Establecer y comunicar los límites de aceptación de conformidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de especificación, condiciones del proceso y calidad del producto.
- Realizar ensayos y mediciones establecidas. Desarrollar KPI’s y aplicar herramientas de mejora continua, analizando tendencias y resultados.
- Investigar y reportar la cauda de los reclamos de calidad de los productos fabricados e implementar eficientemente acciones correctivas.
- Desarrollar sus competencias y las de su equipo por medio de capacitaciones, investigaciones, trabajos asignados, etc.
About you
Para tener exito en este puesto, es necesario que el candidato cuente con:
- Graduado de ingeniería química / Industrial o afines.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones similares.
- Ingles intermedio.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de Mejora continua para mejora de procesos.
- Serán competencias valoradas el trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente, creatividad e innovación.
