Summary
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the country procurement team, driving performance, capability building, and a strong procurement culture
- Implement the global procurement transformation roadmap and develop long-term portfolio and category strategies
- Manage end-to-end category management, including segmentation, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance, innovation, and supply security
- Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders and influence business decisions to optimize procurement outcomes
- Deliver measurable value through cost savings, risk management, working capital improvements, and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement/purchasing management, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills (fluent English required)
- Proven capability in category strategy development and execution
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data management skills (SAP/Ariba preferred)
- High level of integrity, ownership, and resilience under pressure
- Knowledge of import/export and customs processes
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
