It offers innovative B2C and B2B solutions in three domains: modular single-family homes, modular multi-family residential complexes and custom-designed buildings using “3D wood” technology. The company employs more than 200 people and operates a state-of-the-art production facility of 22,000 m², providing solutions to customers in Brittany and in the West of France.

What you will do:

OUR SENIOR HR PARTNER NEW WAYS FRANCE

  • You will deliver a value-added service related to the whole employee life cycle (from recruit-on board-develop-retain) to the management and employees of the company and support all levels of the organisation during their further growth.  
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of the Etex people strategy within the e Loft companies.
  • You will drive and execute all the talent management activities with the leadership team to ensure the business has appropriate talent to deliver results now and in future
  • You will develop excellent relations with the social partners and assists the management in the field of labor law and human relations
  • You will provide support and guide in maintaining effective and positive employee relations within your area
  • You will lead and continue to develop your HR team, which will provide a wide-ranging of HR services. 
  • You will be a member of the management team of e Loft representing the voice of the people and HR. You will also be a part of the Country HR leadership team.

What you will bring:

  •  We would like for you to have demonstrable relevant HR experience,
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in labour relations, business management or human resources is required 
  • We also recognize that a number of other critical skills are essential to the position and they are:
    • Verbal and written communications skills (French and English)
    • Interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Action oriented and able to stand alone in ambiguous situations
    • Demonstrates business acumen and act as a valued member of the management team    
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
    • Ability to deal with various stakeholders at different level
    • Ability to navigate a matrix organization
