This role requires strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to drive growth and expand our client base. The role is based in Cork, Ireland and requires occasional travel.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to target new opportunities, focusing on both MMC and traditional construction methods
- Identify potential clients and projects, build and maintain relationships, and secure new business through effective sales and negotiation
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to adjust strategies as needed
- Lead proposal preparation, contract drafting, and negotiation in collaboration with the technical team
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure client success
- Monitor and report on business development activities, including lead generation and revenue growth
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales within the construction or engineering industry, with MMC experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering, building performance, and construction product development
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
