Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, AI agents, and emerging AI capabilities to drive business transformation.
  • Design and deliver AI literacy, change management, and enablement programs tailored to different business functions and user groups.
  • Build and manage AI Champion, Ambassador, and Community networks to accelerate AI adoption, knowledge sharing, and organizational AI maturity.
  • Advise business leaders on AI adoption, process redesign, human-AI collaboration, and future ways of working to maximize business value.
  • Support and strengthen the AI Governance Framework, ensuring responsible, secure, compliant, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Architecture, and IT teams to ensure AI regulatory readiness and governance alignment, including the EU AI Act.
  • Define, monitor, and report on AI adoption, usage, productivity gains, ROI, business impact, and governance KPIs to drive value realization.
  • Support the execution of the AI strategy by partnering with Product Managers, Automation Analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams to scale AI initiatives.
  • Contribute to the AI Council and AI Center of Excellence by developing reusable frameworks, standards, best practices, and guidance for scalable AI adoption.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading AI, Digital Transformation, and Technology Adoption initiatives to drive enterprise-wide adoption and organizational change.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar AI platforms to enable business value and AI adoption.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering AI adoption, enablement, training, learning, and change management programs across business functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business priorities and outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks to support safe and compliant AI adoption.
  • Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting AI adoption KPIs, ROI, business value, and executive dashboards for data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to build and manage AI communities, champion networks, ambassador programs, and strategic partnerships to scale adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills to translate complex AI concepts into business language.
  • Leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive organizational change, inspire adoption, and deliver results without direct authority.
