What You'll Do:
- Manage a team responsible for the delivery of analytical solutions within the "central functions" domain that covers areas like Finance, Procurement, HR, R&D.
- Own, together with the relevant BPO areas, the business analytical roadmap (incl. setting priorities)
- Take responsibility for planning, delivery and budget of the data products being built by the analytical team for their respective BPO area.
- Manage internal team of 2-3 associates to deliver upon agreed business roadmaps.
- Act as the SPOC for the relevant functional areas for all analytical related questions.
- Clarifies and documents the purpose & goal of the data products to be delivered and the value it brings to business.
- Acts as a liaison between BPO areas and the analytics delivery teams by combining technical understanding and business domain know-how.
- Prepares and participates in the corresponding Steerco’s to explain and support the business analytics roadmap.
- Executes the demand intake process.
What You'll Bring:
- Relevant Master’s degree.
- Ability to co-create business roadmaps.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering Data Analytics products (ideally leveraging cloud based Azure technology stack (ADF, Synapse, DataBricks)).
- Good people skills and have experience in coaching team members.
- Extensive experience in Business Intelligence and leading people.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
- Experience with SAP BW and the SAP analytics stack are a plus.
