What You'll Do:

  • Manage the complete purchasing process for centrally agreed CAPEX projects, ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation activities in close collaboration with the Legal Team to secure favorable and riskmitigated agreements.
  • Execute and oversee all steps of the procurement cycle including technical clarification, RFP management, supplier evaluation, offer validation, and commercial negotiation.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives, budget constraints, and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project needs, define specifications, and develop purchasing plans.
  • Create, validate, and gain approval for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support project requirements.
  • Make informed decisions in critical or timesensitive situations to ensure project continuity and issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute procurement plans that ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and strategic project goals.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's’ degree in business or engineering (specialized in purchasing), with interest in technical products purchasing aspects.
  • Several years of experience in Purchasing in industry.
  • Experienced in a multi-site company.
  • Autonomy and ablility to integrate fast in a new organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Language skills: English (mandatory), and French (desirable).
  • Travel requirement: 50%, worldwide, mainly in Europe.
