What You'll Do:

  • Define and roll out Standards and Best Practices for our coating processes and applications, including complex problem solving and innovations.
  • Troubleshoot coating failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
  • Evaluate surface conditions and recommend appropriate preparation methods for optimal coating adherence.
  • Drive cross-facility standardization by implementing best practices and improving coating quality and efficiency.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, including root cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and guide investments in low-energy coating technologies.
  • Document and develop industry-leading standards for surface preparation and coating application techniques.
  • Lead technical training programs to enhance knowledge transfer and upskill team members involved in coating applications.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in chemical engineering or related technical field.
  • Significant experience in coating process, project and change management with in depth exposure to cross functional interaction.
  • Experiences in Lean Manufacturing / Project management.
  • Excellent self-organization and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach.
